不对称烯丙基化反应合成含有三苯胺核心单元的荧光非天然氨基酸衍生物

报道了一种钯催化噁唑酮和烯丙醇的不对称烯丙基化反应合成相应的三苯胺核心非天然氨基酸化合物的方法.反应收率高达95%,对映选择性过量值最高为97%ee.该反应操作简单,条件温和,原子经济性好,水为唯一副产物.

C–H Activation and Alkyne Annulation via Automatic or Intrinsic Directing Groups: Towards High Step Economy

Direct transformation of carbon–hydrogen bond (C–H) has emerged to be a trend for construction of molecules from building blocks with no or less prefunctionalization, leading high atom and step economy. Directing group (DG) strategy is widely used to achieve higher reactivity and selectivity, but additional steps are usually needed for installation and/or cleavage of DGs, limiting step economy of the overall transformation. To meet this challenge, we proposed a concept of automatic DG (DG^auto), which is auto‐installed and/or auto‐cleavable. Multifunctional oxime and hydrazone DG^auto were designed for C–H activation and alkyne annulation to furnish diverse nitrogen‐containing heterocycles. Imidazole was employed as an intrinsic DG (DGⁱⁿ) to synthesize ring‐fused and π‐extended functional molecules. The alkyne group in the substrates can also be served as DGⁱⁿ for ortho‐C–H activation to afford carbocycles. In this account, we intend to give a review of our progress in this area and brief introduction of other related advances on C–H functionalization using DG^auto or DGⁱⁿ strategies.

A semi-implicit tidal model of the North European Continental Shelf

A semi-implicit scheme for the numerical solution of the shallow water equations is proposed. An example of successful application is the simulation of the major tidal constituent (M₂) on the European Shelf. Good agreement is found both qualitatively and quantitatively. The basic outlines of the method are presented and some practical aspects of computation are discussed. Apart from accuracy, compared to explicit or to existing semi-implicit schemes, this approach has another important feature: its economy and simplicity.     

Improved spacer design and cost reduction in an electrodialysis system

In electrodialysis using thin membranes and spacers, the compactness of the membrane cell-pairs leads to a small potential drop, and hence to energy saving. The spacer design itself has a great effect on the cost of the plants, since spacers act as turbulence promoters. A careful design, to increase the mass transfer coefficients, can reduce the membrane surface area required for a given application. Limiting current measurements, cell-pair resistance and pressure losses are presented for several thin spacers, for different flow-velocity values and feed water concentrations. It was possible to find an advantageous geometry of the separating mesh leading to substantial savings on investment and operation costs.

本文在文[1]的基础上进一步拓广了随机Solow经济增长模型．利用白噪声分析理论建立的广义随机Solow经济增长模型，将随机Solow模型推广到包含广义白噪声泛函及具有非可料扩散系数的情形，并且借助U—泛函方法表明了Picard迭代法在此仍十分有效．
